Had a tire alignment, new set put on and an oil change which I was informed would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and 15 minutes it was announced over the store loud speakers that my vehicle was ready. When I came to the shop, my vehicle was just being put in the air to have the old tires removed. I stood and watched through the windows as 4 workers stood around chit chatting. Finally, I asked how much longer (it had not been nearly 2 hours) and I was informed it'd be three hours and that I should have someone come get me. I proceeded to wait in the lobby and got to listen to the workers talk about how they "love pissing off customers" "love dealing with angry people" "love telling customers a manager isn't going to do anything."
