And when I pushed at the end of the day, they hadn't even considered getting the pre-ordered carpet out of the warehouse and trying to have their installers come at the end of the day (it was a small Job). Then had the audacity to tell me I was "lucky they made a mistake on the estimate" and so they would honor their commitment to pricing rather than give a discount for their mistake. Terrible communication! Terrible service!
