The team at Physiofit was professional, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. For two months I went three times a week and I am happy to report that I gained almost full range of motion in that short time. I am still working on strength. My dr was surprised at my recovery and indicated few regain the range of motion like I did in such a short time. The two therapists, Francisco and Michelle are wonderful, caring and gentle. Taylor, the tech assists will the exercises and keeps you on task. Damon the front office manager also assist with this as needed. The atmosphere is happy and fun with all the staff displaying a great sense of humor. I have to say I enjoyed my therapy sessions even though they left me well tired. I am so pleased with the results of my PT and know I would not have achieved anywhere near these results without this talented and dedicated team. I am so impressed with this office that I plan on returning for dry needling and any other physical therapy needs. They also do BPPV training!

My specialty care is $65 so lesson learned so when I hurt myself again I decided to try this facility as they had an X-ray facility on-site and I could see a doctor in sport medicine. The whole experience was so pleasant from the front desk workers, X-ray tech and the doctor. Clean facilities, no waiting between phases I was in and out within an hour (That included sign-in, X-rays, nurse visit, doctor visit, and boot fitting). This office is different from all other typical PT offices - at City Park, your therapist actually spends quality time with you on every single visit. In other physical therapy offices, you will see your PT on the first visit, they will give you a set of exercises that rarely change, and then you will rarely see your therapist other than a passing word. NOT HERE! I will return here the next time I need therapy. On every visit, I received manual therapy and dry needling from my PT, and extra time was added for traction (which scared me to death since I had never tried it before, and now I love it!). They are professionals that work hard to get you better.

One of the things I most admire about Dr. Russo is his ability to communicate complicated medical issues in layman's terms. At every visit, he updated me on my progress using understandable analogies to convey my condition. Dr Russo is also sensitive to medical costs and didn't send me for an MRI when he could clearly see the fracture and progress through simple xrays. Being in the health insurance business, I appreciate that I didn't have expensive and unnecessary tests draining my HSA. Dr Russo's office staff was wonderful in getting out all the paperwork and medical notes out to my disability carrier in a timely manner. While I hope I will not fracture more bones in the future, I will definitely stay with Dr Russo for any future orthopedic needs.
