To begin with, they have lots of special equipment for balance and gait training. I've had a lot of PT before and never seen this type of equipment. It has been great for both diagnosing and treating my issues. They can also test my ability and measure my progress. They can even compare it against what is normal for my age range. The other thing that they do differently is that when I walk in and tell them about something I'm having a problem with, they work on it with me. They help find me some exercises that address that specific problem. They aren't tied to an unchanging list of exercises. All of the staff is caring and I'm finally making progress with my gait and balance.

The last time I did this I went to the ER and it took forever and my copay for an ER is A LOT! My specialty care is $65 so lesson learned so when I hurt myself again I decided to try this facility as they had an X-ray facility on-site and I could see a doctor in sport medicine. The whole experience was so pleasant from the front desk workers, X-ray tech and the doctor. Clean facilities, no waiting between phases I was in and out within an hour (That included sign-in, X-rays, nurse visit, doctor visit, and boot fitting). Back when I lived in Boston, I worked for the Physical Therapy and Sports Physical Therapy offices of Mass General. The latter handled all the Sports Physical Therapy for the Red Sox, as well as Bruins, as well as extremely high profile clientele. So the care there was stellar, top notch and second to none. Superior Rehab, is a THAT level of care and service. My Physical Therapist , Billy Beaudreau, was such a quintessential professional. He was ON TIME, which is unheard of in the 504, am I right? He had me do so many tests which showed him where I was actually hurt, not simply where I was hurting. Did you know that they are not always the same thing? All I can say is that I left, actually feeling better. A LOT better. They really take the time to listen and make patients feel comfortable throughout the recovery process. The techs are also super nice, helpful, and caring, which makes a big difference when you're coming in regularly for treatment. The only downside is that the equipment is definitely showing its age, and the upholstery on of the massage tables has seen better days. I think the owners could really improve the experience by investing in updated equipment and furnishings. That being said, the great staff makes up for the older machinery, and their level of care is the reason I continue coming back.
