I don't know about now, but several years ago I went to ABC Insurance in Alexandria,La. and they…read morewrote a car insurance policy for me from a company out of Lafayette,La. and I got my first months payment notice about 3 days after it was due and they lapsed my insurance,kept my 150.00 deposit and flagged my license at the DMV so i had to pay them a 50.00 fine to boot. When I went to the office to complain about it they threatened to call the cops on me and told the little black girl to go ahead,that they needed to know about the scam they had going too. So,no I don't recommend ABC Insurance in Alexandria,La. They'll take your deposit,cancel your insurance,then send your payment bill when it's already past due and flag your license with the DMV to add insult to injury. Take into consideration that I was just getting started and was only making minimum wage and then you'll understand just how much it sucked to get ripped off my a supposedly legitimate insurance company.
