She was so sweet. Ive talked to her on several other occasions and she is always this way. Today was my first time speaking with Ms. Elouise. She was wonderful. I was crying, panicked, in a lot of pain and running on adrenaline when I talked to her. By the end of what was about an 8 minute conversation she had me calmed down. She was very patient and sweet as well. Mandi is another employee, I didn't speak to her concerning my wreck today but have talked to in the past, who is amazing at her job and just as kind as she can be. When I went to the office to complain about it they threatened to call the cops on me and told the little black girl to go ahead,that they needed to know about the scam they had going too. So,no I don't recommend ABC Insurance in Alexandria,La. They'll take your deposit,cancel your insurance,then send your payment bill when it's already past due and flag your license with the DMV to add insult to injury. Take into consideration that I was just getting started and was only making minimum wage and then you'll understand just how much it sucked to get ripped off my a supposedly legitimate insurance company.
