Storm damage to roof I need to file a claim, I'm told I have no policy! He insured the wrong property. I was paying two premiums for one property and none for the other property. He flatly REFUSED to rectify this situation. Had to make a complaint through Allstate customer service and all of my premiums were refunded,I also had to file a complaint with state of Ohio insurance board, investigation is pending. Horrible experience, would not recommend. Office staff are rude and very unhelpful!!
