We stopped in at Dean Insurance Group office while participating in one of the scavenger hunts offered by historic Dublin. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and really great with the kids. They freely let them explore the office on their mission and gave them cute prizes when they found it. I was really impressed with how kind they were. The building is really cool too - it is a historic fire station, with informational signage available out front. Dean Insurance Group with Rachel Dean-Haas at the helm gives as much service as the most competent provider I've dealt with and I've lived in at least 6 different U.S. states. Dean is an Allstate Insurance provider and they've had me in policies for auto, rent, valubles, and personal liability. My agent responds quickly and professionally while also being "a friend" to chat with if I need it. LOCATION! It's exciting to drop by Dean Insurance Group because they're located adjacent to Mezzo Restaurant in old Dublin, the heart of downtown. That means all the retail and social aspects of Dublin come with the relationship. Starbucks, The Two Sisters, Brazenhead, Dublin Village Tavern and much, much more make a stop at Dean Insurance Group a nice lunchtime meet & greet. My suggestion is that if downtown Dublin is convenient to you and you're either looking for an insurance provider or want a review of existing policies, Rachel Dean and her staff are worthy of your business. This review comes after a few delightful surprises I received from the wonderful Dean Insurance Group's, however it is long overdue! I've been one of Rachel's clients for about 5.5 years. I previously had American family insurance and after totaling my brand new car and receiving terrible service from them after 10 loyal years, I moved on. Boy, am I glad I did. Every since my first visit with Dean Insurance Group, I knew it was the right fit. Rachel immediately worked with me to customize the plan that would leave me feeling stress-free should any unforeseen auto troubles happen again. She and her team are truly dedicated to their clients and it shows. Rachel or one of her colleagues always suggest ways we can save money on our auto/home polices at each renewal. Not too mention that our deductible is now $0 from $500 - kudos to the awesome programs Allstate and DIG offer!!! Over the years I have recommended Dean Insurance Group to friends and family in need of insurance. A few times I even won a $100 gift card for the referrals or at the very least a thank you and a Starbucks gift card!!! I do not expect anything from them and I truly refer people because everyone deserves to feel secure and comfortable with their policies that insure their most prized possessions.
