He and his crews pulled all the necessary permits and worked very hard to ensure that we were happy with their work. It's a little difficult to find a good remodeling contractor north of the river but we found an excellent one when we hired Artisan Construction. They did very professional work for us and responded to all of our questions, as well as providing valuable guidance toward achieving our remodeling goals.

We called Artisan Construction as they now have a home repair specialist. Artisan sent out a man who not only completed the project perfectly (after a few trips to the local hardware store), but was very detailed and cared about what the end result looked like. He wanted to paint the trim he had replaced, but my husband did not know where to find the paint swatch for the new paint. (The window guys- At Windura) not only took some paint off the house while replacing windows, but they never offered to correct it afterwards! ) I will call Artisan for our next house repair project as I know they will take care of whatever we have for them with the same expertise as they did replacing our shingles.

After he had tried my last nerve, he showed up (3 months later) and installed carpet. A short time later, the carpet frayed and came loose from the transition strip into the kitchen area. There was not any way I was willing to listen to his excuses for another 3 months (or more) for something that should be covered under warranty. I paid another company to fix his problem without excuses or incident. It was worth the cost to not have to deal with Shelton.

My son was so excited to have a new man cave with his own bathroom in our basement. The tile and carpet are not of cheap quality, Brad Shelton did detail it with such expertise and design. They always contacted me back or I was able to text with prompt communication. Coming from a background of being a carpenters wife in the past. They lived up to my expectations and more! My teenager has foot problems and he loved the insulation put in our basement floor. This is a very friendly and honest floor company to deal with and who care about their customers. We came a cross a few timely issues but Brad made it right for us in the end and we will always remember how thoughtful and hard working he was to get the job done.It beat going to a big store and waiting in line. They came out with the samples and let us choose w/o stepping a foot out the door. I'm usually very choosy with colors matching and they were so helpful in this area. He also installed my bathroom stool because of tile floors to be installed. Huge rant to Kent and his company top line glassworks this man has pulled me on for a year + now,…read morekeep in my I rent so my landlord is the one who reached out to him and requested he do the job of I would of moved on ages ago. A year ago I mention my master bedroom window is missing a screen or storm window whatever I'm just annoyed I can't open the window because it will let in bugs and such they call this guy, I had to get the number from them and call him a half dozen times to show up at my house which took months to happen. Trip 1 his guys take measurements and they look at the frame on the inside because something is wrong with it and take notes assure me in a week they would be back and handle it all. It never happened in fact I had to call multiple times and it was over 6 months later when he came back to the property this was after weeks of bs excuses to why he couldn't Trip 2 he finally shows up and doesn't have any of the notes about the frame says he will take care of it but doesn't , goes to put in the window and it's the wrong size . He tells me another week and he will be back and ghosts me. So it's been months again my landlord even asked me about it I called him he says he has it and it will be a couple weeks cuz other jobs like wtf why is my job that's a year out not your priority . He said it would be last Friday , he ghosted me, my landlord calls him and even says if your not out here this Friday we're going with someone else , I call him Friday and he has excuses , calls me back with more delays, I tell him no thanks I can't stand the bs anymore we're going with someone else, he gets mad cusses me out and hangs up only to call me back up not to tell me he will be by today but he will be by next week to which I objected This man seems to go by a few names top line construction, top line glassworks but either way don't do business with this Man unless you like the idea of someone catfishing you into a job
