Two weeks later I dropped by their office to see if they had the quote ready. The woman sitting behind the glass windowed office came out and asked if she could help. I told her I had dropped off my policies a couple of week before and hadn't heard from anyone. My experience is that most companies will give you a quote within a few days. She asked me my name and checked her computer and said that she had done the quote and couldn't understand why no one called me. She then didn't even offer to tell me what the quote was so I left it at that. I'm not going to drag it out of her if she didn't think it was important to tell me how much it was. So I asked her for the copies of my policies back and she went to look for it. She couldn't find them. Said she would keep looking and would mail them. Got my copies back a few days later. Now I'll let you guess as to whether she included in the envelope a quote that I never got in the first place. If you guessed that she did you would be wrong.
