Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - we wish we had!

Not only were they timely, respectful, and put in a full day's work (on the hottest day of the summer), but they were also able to break up the roots, bring in topsoil, and leave my lawn flat for my littles to run around freely on.
