There is always so much anxiety when you have to choose a place or person to tend to your child. It…read moreis a task I never like to do as a parent but when it was time to decide on a new after school program for our two boys--Guardian made the decision easy. I sent an email through their site just to ask some general questions and received a reply super fast. Then I decided to call and realized it was during a class time so I hung up without leaving a message. I was so surprised to still get a return call to see if my needs were met. Every time I had a question that I sent by email, I received a response. Finally decided I needed to see it for myself and during my initial visit one of the children came right up to me and told me, "I think you will like this place." That child was right! My boys have been attending now for about a month and they can't stop talking about it. They are 10 years old and 6 years old. They are learning respect and discipline without experiencing a military style boot camp. They get so much physical activity but yet time to just be a kid. I feel bad that I made them endure in another program (ESP) for the last year instead of finding Guardian sooner. It is like having a new little family. The kids quickly made friends and are learning the expectations of the classes. The Professors, Coaches and staff are super engaging and helpful. When my kids are happy and safe, it makes me feel secure that have chosen well. Thanks Guardian for all you do!

He is fun to spar with and learn from. He has a good sense of humor and makes you feel like family. Mrs. Thornton is a 5th degree black belt and is also a fun instructor to learn from. She has a playful sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. She also runs the Little Ranger program for the kids under 5 years of age. In my opinion this is one of the best gifts you can give your children. It's not all about just fighting, but also learning perseverance and discipline, while also boosting confidence. We should all want our kids to have the best tools to navigate this life. If you've been thinking of getting your kids or yourself into martial arts, this would be a great place to come.
