They had my bike for 9 months, they never called me to inform me of anything, I had to call them. And each call was just a run around of excuses of why my bike wasn't ready. After telling them how tired I was of waiting, they got their act together and got my bike running. I didn't leave a review the because I just wanted my bike, and was going to leave well enough alone. I rode my bike twice since getting it back, and noticed it overheating. Lo and behold, the oil change they charged $100 for never happened. There was no oil in the sight glass, and when I drained it out, what came out didn't fill 1/8 of 1 quart. What did come out was black. Oil doesn't turn black after 2 rides. They never changed the oil, or even bothered to check it. I repeat, DO NOT BEING ANYTHING HERE. I will be sure to continue to tell everybody I know who ride to avoid this place at all costs. The complete inadequacy, untrained, irresponsible people here are a joke.

Purchased a Bad Boy Tractor from them about 3 months ago and paid cash for it. When they delivered…read moreit, a bunch of the parts were missing and a light was broken. Was told they had to order the part's and it would take a couple of weeks and then they will pick the tractor back up and install everything. 2 months later....still waiting! All we get is excuses and promises to call back and they never do. It just seems that once they get your money, they could care less about you. My next step is to report them to The Better Business Bearue and try to contact the actual owner of the company.

We waited 2 weeks for them to get to it for diagnose. A week before seeing what the problem was and to order part, another 2 weeks to call and talk to Steve in service who verified parts there but never communicated to Jeff so they could get going on repair. Called another 2 weeks after to plan and pi k up per our conversation to only get another excuse that now they dont have a gasket seal in the kit they ordered. Here we are October 20th another 2 weeks from that conversation and still not done Still no communication on there end and still no proof of any ordered parts or repairs or diagnoses it was even touched. Since then word of mouth is best referral I spoke with a guy who used to work in there servi e departmemt who quite said it's a joke and they only care to work on there sales customers. Have read multiple bad reviews on there website and have talked to a previous client who took two 4 wheelers in 2 years ago for repair that sat there for months and got fed up and picked them up because never even touched just sat at there lot. I am fed up. Joke for a business. If they can't fix and dont know how just be honest and say that. No point in telling customers you can fix and make a appointment to have your property sit for months at there location in festus. Will be writing lots of reviews, talking to lawyers and going above and beyond to make sure this doesn't happen to further clients.
