Eric also had good availability and was able to start (earlier) than planned. Eric did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the project and even finished the project ahead of time. For my complaints. This is probably on me, but I think I went into the project expecting better quality than what I got. However, looking back now, I think it's fair to say I got for what I paid for. The quality of the paint and the job is not the best. We had to call back Eric a couple of times after the project was finished to fix missed spots or clean up missed areas. Although I am happy and appreciative that he did come back to fix these issues, I'd prefer it be done right the first time. Let me be clear, the house looks much better than it did before, so it was worth the money I paid, however, I'd say that don't go in with really high expectations as I did.
