If they were honest, and knew what they were talking about, they'd know you do not need a scan tool to do the procedure, you can find the instructions on how to do it online and without an $8,000 scan tool. This alone has turned me off from ever going here again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they treated us good for the tire work that was done.

They seriously damaged my mothers car when they pulled it out of the ditch and then blamed my…read moremother for the damages. She slid into the ditch during a snow storm. When they showed up they didn't want dig out the snow under the car so they could attach the chain to the frame, instead they hooked up to the rear end of the vehicle. While attempting to pull the car out by the rear end the part they hooked up to broke lose, causing the car to come crashing down... with my mother still inside of it! They then told her it was safe to drive home in a blizzard with a vehicle which had a damaged rear end that caused the car to be nearly uncontrollable! When she took her car to the shop the next day they confirmed that the damages could NOT have come from sliding into the ditch, but they where 100% consistent with the tow truck driver improperly hooking up my mom's vehicle. The shop also stated that the vehicle was un-drivable in it's current condition and anyone that told my mother it was driveable should "never tow another vehicle again". This company's gross negligence not only endangered my mother's life but also caused her hundreds of dollars in car repairs and then instead of taking responsibility for it (like any good company would) they sent two people to the shop demanding to see my mom's car, made personal threats against the employees of the shop, denied any wrongdoing, and THEN made a facebook post describing exactly what happened to my mom but then saying "At Kronner's we find that totally unaccepable and would never do that to someone." (which they then deleted a few days later). It's very sad that instead of admitting responsibility and offering to pay for the damages (that according to several mechanics are 100% consistent with an improper towing hookup and couldn't have been caused by sliding into a ditch) they have caused my mother tons of unnecessary stress and pushed our family to the point of having to take legal action. I don't understand why any reputable company would do everything in their power to try to deny responsibility for their actions when they could simply reimburse my mother for the damages that they caused and use them for a tax write off at the end of year, which in the long run would cost them nothing and earn them a great review instead of a poor review and legal action. To make matters worse they have been deleting my mom's comments on their facebook page instead of finding a way to work with her to resolve the situation they created. I guess we can't all be born with a brain or a clue how to run a business. P.S. I expect this review to be deleted so you can continue hiding and denying responsibility. Go right ahead. We have been taking screenshots and you deleting the posts instead of responding to them is just something else we can send to the insurance company, the lawyer, and the BBB. Your company's actions have negatively affected my mother in more ways than you can even realize, and I will make it my mission to warn as many people as possible about your company's nefarious business practices. This is a small town, and me and my family know a lot of people. I will also be posting on every single review site I can find your company listed with. It was before 7 AM and I called the first towing company to come up on google, Bluewater Towing. There was a miscommunication and it ended up taking an hour for the truck to come. Things could have continued to go downhill from there as there was an issue with payment. I had no cash and the truck did not have a debit/credit machine. For some reason, I couldn't do credit over the phone. Instead of inconveniencing me further, as I was two hours late to work, they let me go free of charge due to the miscommunication and everything that had gone wrong. As a young working person that $80 makes a huge difference. Thank you for making up for the original inconvenience. Also, shout out to the tow truck driver who helped me!

My car was in an accident this past Friday (March 5, 2021) This was the company that was called out…read moreto the accident. I was not there (my friend was driving my car) Before even asking my friend (the driver of the car, who was perfectly fine as in not in need of medical care) they towed my car to their "salvage yard", I'm assuming so they could make some money off of me with a storage fee. I called them not even 30 minutes later and had them take my car to the dealership I specified (the accident actually happened right in front of the dealership). Today I went to gather my belongings from my car and everything in my car was moved around (not from the accident). I always keep $50+ in my car for an emergency (always in the same spot) and it was no where to be found. What is most concerning to me is the fact that they towed my car without even asking anyone where we wanted it to go when my car was actually drivable and the fact that the contents of my car were moved around from the scene of the accident. The dealership said no one was in my car, I have used that dealership multiple times and never had an issue. I will be okay with losing $50 and some change, but I am writing this review so others' are aware before they let this company handle their car.

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.
