Given the emergency nature of my drive - and 200 miles south of my home, I felt like panicking. Instead, I called 911, and soon Bill, a driver for Bob's Towing & Recovery arrived. He came to change the tire so I could drive to a tire store for a replacement. When Bill was unable to remove one of the lugs, he put my car on his truck and drove me to a tire store, where they confirmed the damaged lug - which they had to cut out and replace. I want to give the highest review to Bill. I am sure his company his also wonderful, but I met only Bill. I am glad to have met and been assisted by Bill, but, given the circumstances of the meeting, I hope that I never meet him again. But, if I do break down again anywhere near his company, I hope Bill comes to the rescue again. Thanks buddy! John Patterson

I ended the call as this did not seem a good choice. Sad to say, if you can't answer your own phone or have office help, you should likely not be in an emergency service business.
