I asked this young lady about the color of table cloths. she stated to me that she wasn't sure if she had pink but she will check and get back to me, she never did! I reached out to her and asked, she sent a Docusign asking for the color of tablecloth and how I wanted the tables set up. All information was sent to this young lady however when entering the venue, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was set up. my package came with the Light Decor and we did not receive anything. but it was my daughter special day and we were going to make this special for her. We clean the venue taking before and after pictures, we were supposed to receive a $100 refund. When reaching out to her she decided to ghost us. have sent several text to this young lady and she has yet to respond. It's not so much about the refund but how she tried to handle us with complete unprofessionalism. PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS VENUE. so many people advised me not to do but I wanted to give her a chance. I regret doing this.

From my first call to their picking up the tent after use everything was so accommodating, easy and stress free. Can't thanks them and recommend them enough! Thanks folks!

I wish I could give this company a ZERO, The tables and chairs that were delivered to our…read moreevent were extremely dirty and nasty, Several tables were unusable because they were falling apart. Others were splashed with Kool-ade and coffee. I found cake and old food on the white chairs. No way could we let our patrons sit on, much less eat on, the items in the Gross condition they were delivered in. We spent close to 2hrs cleaning and sanitizing for fear of contamination from the old food left on them. I am checking to see if I can report this to OSHA Very disapointing experience
