I have an allergy to the 2% "other" in ALL fabric that comes from China, (rarely stated on the label). Finding clothing these days, not made in China or from fabric imported from China (Vietnam, Cambodia etc) is almost impossible. There are no stores like this anymore. What a amazing find. I can not even find selections like this at Nordstom's. From now on this will be my go-to store, even if it is 3 hours away. I wish they had on-line shopping. Thank You!!!!

The old one looked my daughter up and down with a smug look on her face and then looked to the other younger employee who started laughing. NOT a good way to make customers feel welcome. I left after about 3 minutes because I was so upset. I would suggest making sure your employees know and understand how to bring in business, not turn it away without a single word. I will no longer be shopping at any Famous Footwear locations.

After 15 minutes, I finally stuck my head into the back because I was running out of time. I asked her to help me locate some shoes and she rudely told me that if they weren't on the clearance rack she couldn't do anything about it, but the associate upfront would help me. I ended up leaving empty handed. Pretty sad when you can't even sell someone with a busted shoes a new pair.

Then, in order to check out we were asked to walked through the zig zag line through the stuff when there wasn't a single customer in line.
