So while I was wandering around Cedar City's Main Street and found this store, I didn't hesitate to go in. As they say, unique gifts for unique people...it's true. There are some neat things in here that a niche group of folks will go batshit for. The incense is outrageous, there are candles, potions, décor, jewelry and clothing. It's all a very "apothecary" vibe and it just works. The man at the counter, whom I assume to be the owner, was very welcoming of us and gave both me and my wife a free sticker when he learned we were first time visitors. He also mentioned that he makes the incense himself and was just overall a friendly fella. This is a store worth visiting-and I'll certainly be back the next time I'm in town.

The eclectic array of offerings, including in-house incense (you will never buy incense anywhere else again, hands down the best and they don't use garbage ingredients either), plants, apparel, decor, oracle and tarot cards and jewelry forms a harmonious tapestry of creativity to form the shop. The staff is always friendly and you'll find real connectivity here, not just get your sh*t and get out. It is actually because of them I found so many other hidden gems in Cedar City and beyond. Boulevard Home Furniture sold me a power chair ... I am somewhat handicapped and need assistance…read more Well, the chair was defective and fell apart with me in it causing me to fall out the back. Long story short, store officials were very apologetic and Mr Dave Thomas came to my house with a mechanic who determined the chair was not repairable. THEN ... THEY HAULED IT AWAY AND CHARGED ME $45 for the hauling. Mr Thomas explained it's company policy. I asked them to change that 'policy' and haven't heard back. Sad.

We waited 20 min and even on the way out walked past several associates not with customers that didn't even acknowledge us. Ok I was contacted by management in regard to this incident. They were able to get us back in the store and make the situation right. Their store manager Dave was excellent and very apologetic. they all made sure we understood this is not the way they want to be viewed or how they do business. I was happy to see that this seems as though it was not the norm and when they saw the error they made it right. Thank you to all of the people that helped us feel like we were valued customers.

We called the sales person who sold it and gave us their card, the morning we were to pick it up. She said it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived they brought it out, with no plastic or covering, dragged it across the dirty loading dock floor and threw it on our truck uncovered and walked off! It's filthy on the underside.
