When I asked for the credit I was told I had to wait until the end of the month for a check!? When I received the check they deducted a 3.5% processing fee out of it because of their mistake charging me too early. That's not my problem for their bad business practice! It was a short one way from the Pier in Narragansett to The Newport Resort Cambria Hotel for a wedding party after a rehearsal dinner. The price was high but I was just relieved to be able to provide this service for our guests. I didn't want our guests to have to wait around so I opted out of Lyft or Uber for transportation. If I had gone with either service I could have saved myself $100s. They sent a 10 passenger Mercedes bus which fit everyone comfortably and got them home safely. I would just plan better next time.
