The water slide was AMAZING, the pool was refreshing, and a wonderful little get away within the hotel. The lifeguard was so sweet and great. I will definitely be back next time I visit family in Medicine Hat.

The rooms are clean and a decent size. At first I was slightly disappointed that we were placed within feet of the elevator, but in fact, the noise didn't penetrate the room at all. The continental breakfast had a decent variety of foods, however, and this probably due to it being Christmas time, was full and hard to find a table. Regardless, the eating area was clean. Next morning at 9:30 we passed the front desk on our way to the breakfast room and the lady at the desk looked up and not even a good morning uttered from her lips. The lady working the kitchen said that after a "certain time" they did not make any more hot food!! WHAT??? We were there half an hour before the 10 o'clock closing and no hot food??!! As I've always said before, any place that has exceptional customer service deserves nothing less…read morethan 5 stars!! When we showed up, unfortunately they did not have a car for us because of unforeseen circumstances. However, they made sure we were able to continue our day by driving us where we needed to go until a car came in. We've dealt with Enterprise in Prince George many times, and we've enjoyed it each time. That's why we decided to go with them again in Medicine Hat, because we love the great service. They have quite the selection of vehicles, I'd love to rent the Audi, but the boss probably wouldn't want to pay for that rental. Either way, if you need a car and would like to get some exceptional service, this is the place to go!
