I have been using J & L Shuttle for almost 3 years and I believe they offer the best shuttle service. I always take the Calgary Airport to Medicine Hat, only once was I almost late for work but hey mishaps happen. It didn't even matter because I wasn't late. The drivers are and always try their best to be kind and helpful. I actually feel that they are the remaining breed of gentleman . The one time I missed the early bus cause I had miscalculated the timing for my connecting bus from Edmonton, I was panicking thinking that I was going to find other means of getting to Medicine Hat and the office lady assured me that I would have a spot in the next bus around 5.30 - 6pm. I was relieved. And the time a family member was visiting for the first time, they literally got the royal treatment. Yeah! Honestly, J & L Shuttle is the best. read more

40 minutes late to pickup. More than a few hours late to the destination. No comment or apology for that whatsoever. Missed my connecting shuttle and had to pay for a new service last minute. The bus blew a tire and it was scary as hell. Never been in a car accident before. The bus driver was upset, called people on the road some racial slurs, and was yelling and talking about the conduct of other drivers to another passenger. He did not even let us know what was going on when the bus got into an accident. We were stranded in BASSANO for probably around 3 hours. We were not given an apology or offered any compensation at this point either. The replacement bus also had mechanical issues of its own, and the door kept sliding open as we were on the highway. You cannot make this shit up. I later found out that driver was the owner (WTF?!). I called about a refund multiple times and was basically told to go fuck myself. They did issue me a refund in the end but not without undue stress. J&L used to have a loyalty card too, and they cancelled it without notice or compensation to their customers. They think they can operate this way because they are currently the only shuttle servicing Medicine Hat-Calgary route. Absolute clowns read more

Good service from brooks to calgary Transportation.Bus was also good.Driver natur was very good

Was on the shuttle to Calgary Airport and at Suffield the side van door came open, the driver kept driving as if he didn't notice it but finally stopped after passenger told him they'd help him close it. The A/c quit working, then at Strathmore we could smell smoke driver kept driving till he heard the fan belt go and no power steering, van was over heating. Finally stopped on highway shoulder and passengers convinced him to back up to an intersection approx 1500 ft back. This way passengers were off the highway shoulder. We were told a bus would pick us up..finally after almost 3 hrs taxi cabs from Strathmore picked us up. A 3 hr trip turned into a stressful 6 hr trip. When a fee concession mentioned to the company we were told we don't do that..rather rudely told that. For the time being they are the only shuttle service available and am looking forward to the new company starting October 1 so J & L will have some competition! read more

This is an awesome service and option for going to Calgary. I was able to work on my laptop on the way up and get a lot done. Pickup at home address, and drop off at i Calgary worked great. Man, if I could give less than 1 star I would. If you wanna pay 65$ for a shuttle that shows up 4 hours late, than this is the shuttle for you. Had to cancel an appointment with a client. Very disappointing... First and last time with this shuttle. read more

I have been taking J & L Shuttle back and forth to Calgary from Medicine Hat for about 8 years and I have found that the office and drivers are very pleasant and friendly. Sure there has been delays a few times but unexpected things just happen in life. I have recommended J & L to quite a few people. My daughter from Phoenix flys into Calgary and connects with J & L at the airport and takes the shuttle right to my door when she visits. That works out wonderfully for us! read more

I would like to say this service is great i toom them for the first time sept 25 2017 hand was on my way to calgary when i got a call about my dog that he was dieing. J and L shuttle service has always looked after there customers and will continue to due there best. What I have noticed as a customer is that people get on the bus not prepared for there trip , be ready fOr your pick-Up time so that the driver can get people where they have to go on time , bring a bottle of water and a snack because the drivers don't have time to stop only at there designated area in Bassano for a bathroom break , empty your bladder before you leave your home , if you have decided to cancel your trip call the office so that the driver doesn't have to waste time standing out side of your home waiting for the office to confirm that you cancelled ( Consideration for others ! ) Over all service is excellent and things usually go well when people follow these simple tasks.
