I like to park away from the main drag, as there is a parking fee for lots located closer. All local businesses are open offering special discounts. You'll also see tons of tents , where many local artists and vendors reside for the day- everything from antiques, crafts, jewelry, plants, honey, clothes, you name it! One thing you may not find is local produce. There's also a section of food vendors. But, I have definitely found my go to's here - a honey vendor that makes a variety of flavored or plain honey love, love, love! I recently just bought their cinnamon and orange blossom - so yummy, especially in my morning tea. There's also a fabulous plant guy that sells native plants and is very knowledgeable answering any plant questions. Prices are very reasonable. I've bought Vitex and Cacti, and my sisters have bought some Dessert Rose. Also walked into the Tilted Cactus Store, and bought a super cute floral top, all merchandise was 10% off for the day. We showed up with no expectations just here to look and see what it's about. I highly suggest going on an empty stomach. Lots of food vendors and it smells delicious. They have lots of other local venders selling everything from customized tumblers to hand soaps to grass fed beef. There is so much to look at and the hospitality of the vendors is welcoming. I understand the bathroom being closed. All three. It happens. What I don't understand is why he had to say, "Yeah, that's why they all have out of order signs on them," when We politely asked for clarification. I can't recreate the tone on a review - but I'm not sure what we did to deserve to be talked to that way. This man was condescending and unpleasant. If I can't be seen at the scheduled time when I do my part...make the appointment, arrive at said appointment time, check in at counter... and the pharmacist can't see me for an additional amount of time? Why not just walk in and hope for the best? It's in the middle of a bunch of ethnic restaurants and foreign grocers by the Medical Center. I've found that the gas is still cheaper just a little bit up the hill at the Valero. But this place is clean, clean, clean. It's spotless! It always seems to be picked up, and the bathrooms are rather clean. I like how they have a full (help yourself) bar for coffee drinks- with nitro cold coffee that puts the local coffee shops on the run. My fav thing about these gas stations is the name brand condiment station, where you can get the fancy stuff - Grey Poupon in little yellow packets, or Cholula hot sauce- Grab handfuls, because this is the good stuff!
