I contacted them and set up an appointment with Jason and he gave me a reasonable estimate. I later decided to have a tree removed completely instead of doing some heavy pruning. This significant change was made to me a small increase in price. The team he uses is very experienced and removed three large trees, ground the stumps and cleaned up the area. I paid him in full as I was pleased with the job. What made this company exceptional is a week or so later I found out I had a zone in my sprinkler system that was not working in the area they were working. I contacted Jason and he came by and started to troubleshoot what the problem was. He made a number of visits and eventually solved the problem, which was complicated due to me not know the location of the valve stations and the system not being very logically wired. He was always professional and continued to work with me, when others would have taken their money and started making excuses or denying they had any fault.
