Amazing stay with amazing food. Breakfast, afternoon snack (literally a mini lunch), and dinner…read morewere all included. Food was delicious, and very filling. Room-romantic suite-2nd floor. Rooms were decently sized. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Double sink for more convenience for 2 people. Toilet is in a separate room from the showers/sink. Would be nice if the toilet room had better ventilation but other than that, everything else was good. Free wifi throughout the hotel. They also have a ski room in the basement where u can store your ski boots and skis/snowboards. The ski boot holders are heated so that your feet feels warm when u first put it on. They also have designated rooms listed on each bootholder so that each guest room can store 2 pairs of boots. Swimming pool is small. I didn't use it. Resting room is coolly air conditioned and has very comfortable beds and water beds to rest in. Sauna has 3 different rooms. One high dry heat room, one steam room (with menthol) , and another dry room with herbs, as well as an infrared room with 2 seats. Everyone has to either be naked or can use a towel to cover up. No swim suits allowed in the sauna. Sauna is open from 4-8pm. It hasn't been too busy when I've gone. Breakfast is served buffet style. They have a chef who makes freshly cooked eggs and omelettes for you. There's waffles, pancakes, fruits, breads, hams, cheese, cereal, bacon, yogurt, sausages, tea and coffee, etc. There was alot to pick from. And the food actually tastes good. Afternoon snack is served from 4pm to 530pm. They put out a few types of food buffet style and you get it yourself. They usually have cheese and sausage platter, breads, and then a little entree that changes daily. One day we had schnitzel. Another day we had pasta. Dinner changes daily. One day they give us a buffet style. Most days, they show you a dinner menu at breakfast time with 3 entrees listed, and you tell them which one you want. Dinner starts off with an appetizer, then a choice of soup, then salad buffet, entree, and then dessert. Food was unique and delicious. I especially liked the surf and turf. The hotel is literally steps away from the dorftunnel which takes you to the gondolas for snowboarding. Servers and workers were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski trip.

disappointment overrated food, overpriced,…read more took long to get the food while the place was not full food wasn't cooked well and when asked for a explanation after a issue no one wanted to react. service/hospitality wise poor, very poor après ski bar perhaps restaurant not worthy ....

This apres ski bar is very popular in Ischgl and for good reason. It's truly a fun, Austrian night…read moreout here. We went twice, once for lunch and dinner sessions. They serve dinner around 8pm onwards so & lunch menu is from 3pm. You'll need to make reservations for dinner as it gets very busy. During lunch they have full bar available, small lunch menu and a DJ playing schlager music the entire time. Even on a Monday afternoon, the DJ was blasting those tunes loud and enthusiastically trying to get the crowd singing. Which usually occurs after afew drinks anyway. The menu is traditional Austrian, so get right into it because it is delicious and homemade style. For lunch we ordered currywurst, bbq spare ribs with garlic bread and ham crust. The dinner vibe was a little less disco Germanic music and more relaxed but buoyant and busy. I think we over ordered but ah well. We had crunchy winter salad, double boiled beef broth with fried cheese dumplings, classic bacon & onions flame tarte (ham crust), pork belly with sauerkraut and roasted potatoes and crispy skin boneless chicken leg with spinach "spätzle" and mushrooms. Honestly no bad dish, everything was top notch only problem was the food was so filling it was difficult to consume it all. Luckily we took our time and managed somewhat. The ambience of this restaurant is cool, Austrian, joyful and drinking. Definitely try some of the local Austrian beers. We enjoyed this place alot and definitely will return upon next visit. Recommended.
