And once I got there she and her staff were all great! It was still a very stressful situation with all the last minute changes but overall I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend Dr Rosenthal***** I am ver upset that Dr Rosenthal decided to cancel my endoscopy at the last minute which I had booked for over a month now and even reconfirmed 2 days prior. Her reason for cancelling was unprofessional and uncaring. I would have understood if she had some sort of emergency or something but to tell me at the last minute that it was because I had rescheduled it a few times previously - What the heck? If that were really the reason then they should have not scheduled it for me nearly two months ago. Also although I did have to reschedule it a few times due to a family crisis- I never changed it at the last minute like she did to me! Then when I asked for a callback to discuss it - her office assured me 3 times that she would call me back but she never did! My driver had taken off work and I have been off my prescribed medicines and vitamins for two weeks now as was instructed so I did all the prep work. But then she cancelled on me at the last minute and tried to blame me for her cancelling last minute!

So what was paid with the $650 of Insurance ?! I had a colonoscopy in the past, I paid out of pocket and all I paid was $800. I called to explain how ridiculous this is and no changes , but whatever they can have me in collection, I DON'T CARE. Thieves. Nurse Maggie called me the Friday before to confirm that I received my instructions and had directions. Interestingly, when I arrived today she also placed an IV in me. She made me feel relaxed and safe. Nurse Amber delivered outstanding bedside manner. During recovery she clearly went over my instructions. Dr Rao, the anesthesiologist, was attentive. I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure. Madeline was gentle and soft-spoken escorted me to the endoscopy. Finally, but certainly not least, my gastroenterologist, Dr Srinivas, was the exemplar of the caring and skilled professional. It's no fun preparing for the procedure but I definitely appreciate the excellent service.

Even though I was following recommended diet and taking probiotics along with OTC medications and medication for consumptions---None of those things worked. I asked my gastroenterologist and primary care physician to give me colonoscopy multiple times and they declined saying they don't see anything in my blood or stool test.
