And once I got there she and her staff were all great! It was still a very stressful situation with all the last minute changes but overall I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend Dr Rosenthal***** I am ver upset that Dr Rosenthal decided to cancel my endoscopy at the last minute which I had booked for over a month now and even reconfirmed 2 days prior. Her reason for cancelling was unprofessional and uncaring. I would have understood if she had some sort of emergency or something but to tell me at the last minute that it was because I had rescheduled it a few times previously - What the heck? If that were really the reason then they should have not scheduled it for me nearly two months ago. Also although I did have to reschedule it a few times due to a family crisis- I never changed it at the last minute like she did to me! Then when I asked for a callback to discuss it - her office assured me 3 times that she would call me back but she never did! My driver had taken off work and I have been off my prescribed medicines and vitamins for two weeks now as was instructed so I did all the prep work. But then she cancelled on me at the last minute and tried to blame me for her cancelling last minute!

Before going in, I had already taken a home flu test that came back positive. I also work in a hospital around many people with flu and COVID, so I knew there was a strong possibility I was sick with the flu. During my visit, the PA assessed me and stated that I "just had a cold." However, the next day I woke up feeling significantly worse, with body aches and a low-grade fever. I decided to go to a different urgent care for a second opinion, where I was tested again and confirmed positive for Flu B. Unfortunately, I can't attach the report to this review because the site would not allow screenshots, but I was still within the treatment window to receive Tamiflu, which could have helped relieve my symptoms sooner. I'm sharing this as a warning to other patients: if you truly feel something is wrong, trust your instincts and consider getting a second opinion. Based on my experiences, I no longer feel confident in the care provided here.

Despite this, I am still sitting in a patient room waiting at 10:55 am, waiting to be seen with only one person ahead of me when I arrived. This level of disorganization and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. Unless you have hours of your time to burn, I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Unfortunately I've had two Root Canals in two years. I should be done for a while-let's hope. Dr. Tawady and team took great care of me both times. They start with a consult and X rays to confirm the Dentist's recommendation and go from there. It took about an hour with about 1/2 of that time for the numbing injections to take effect. Post Root Canal my toothache was gone and all was back to normal They moved to their current office about a year ago. Overall, professional, seamless and the team here turns what has a reputation to be a dreaded process into a routine visit.

There wasn't anyone else in there at the time so I was able to be taken back quickly. A physician came in and conducted some tests. I got the instant results only after a few minutes and they sent samples out to the lab as well. Unfortunately for me I had the flu. Thankfully they provided excellent care to get me back on my feet quickly.
