Completely awful experience from start to finish. I had an 8:30 appointment and didn't get seen until 10:20. I asked the office about being 2 hours behind 3 hours into the morning, and they acted as if that was normal and to be expected. Once I was finally seen by the doctor, it was worse. Dr. Gagliardi acts like he learned bedside manner in a textbook. When I explained my situation to the doctor, he continually discounted the things I said, to the point that I wasn't even able to get to the root of the issues I was having. I was made to feel dumb for the situation I was explaining to the doctor, instead of him looking for solutions. The consultation itself was a waste of time. The doctor did not say a single thing about my issue or symptoms that I haven't already heard from my general practitioner. Overall, it was a completely horrible experience. I am putting off testing in order to never have to deal with GI Associates again, that's how bad it was. read more

I was a patient of DR Bosse for two decades and loved her! she has since retired and I will never return.. Mr(can't refer to him as a doctor) Lubinski should not see her patients.. he started not wit my current complaint but to run through what Dr Bosse should not have done. My father who passed away 33 days after his diagnosis of cancer had either stomach or esophageal and could be concluded at autopsy. So Since his passing I have had an endoscopy to avoid the same outcome! He said I shouldn't have had those done without genetic testing (which had never been discussed previously). Then told me not due for a colonoscopy until fall of 2025 (none of this in a low concern for patient tone, all Loud and annoyed that I am there...) oh and I specifically requested to only be seen by a female doctor as a female and knowing Im not a fan of male doctors! Thirdly for the condition I am there for asking why I am on antibiotics (that my primary prescribed and I TRUST). Told him to stop felling me that my team if doctors I have been seeing for 20 years don't know what they are doing (Im sure he is a misogynist. so stay away). And he left after I repeated I only wanted to have a female doctor. The female PA went to continue appointment at this point but I felt violated by the whole interaction. I forgot to mention this male doctor took a guest chair and moved to be in-front of the door (a move of dominance... he was blocking my exit.. dont do that to people and then attack them). Ironically in his report he said I verbally attacked him! Would love to know how.. The worst I said was he is a prick and that was not to his face it was to the office manager who didn't seem surprised that I was that upset (clearly not his first)! good luck to him but if you are a woman stay away from him and even men looking for someone who gives a whoot about you... this is not the guy and I will never return to this practice again! read more

Several years ago I went to gastroenterology Associates and was very pleased with the care that they provided. I cannot say the same thing today. I had an endoscopy recently and was told that I needed to follow up with my doctor in 10 days. The soonest appointment I could get was three months. What a joke. I learned of my diagnosis from my family doctor. I called gastroenterology Associates and asked if they could send me a prescription. I never received it. And then decided that I was going to find a new group. I called gastroenterology Associates and they told me I had to fill out a form to release my medical records. I asked them to send it to me. I never received it. I called again and the representative that I spoke with said I should come and get the form to sign. I asked him to please mail it and he told me that if I didn't receive the first one, I probably would not receive the second one. He was extremely rude. In my opinion. This entire practice is a joke. Update. I called again today and spoke with a representative. Who told me they were transfer me to a manager she told me she would not put me on hold. Needless to say, she put me on hold and I waited for 18 minutes before I hung up , I didn't decided I would drive to the office and fill out the paperwork. The girl at the desk was extremely rude. A manager came out and spoke with me and she said that she was unable to locate any notes regarding my phone calls. The manager was very nice. I filled out the form and she told me she would ensure that, my records were forwarded. I thank the manager for her assistance, but explained that I really don't have much confidence in this practice. If I could rate this office is zero, I would do it. read more

If I could I would give it zero stars. Dr. Brown is rude and makes you fell uncomfortable about yourself like you did something wrong. She didn't answer questions and concerns. She said I'm fine even though test results show I have Crohn's. I also called to get results with two weeks of no reply! Another drs office read my results. I was also told by by Dr Brown someone would call me to schedule me for a test but that call was never made. Good work ethics "that's a joke" If you want sincere kindness while you are in unknown situation this isn't the place for you. read more

Terrific experience. Helped me with a serious issue with which no other doctor could help. They work as a group in that my problem was not a particular doctor's expertise and he believed he had someone more expert in the same practice, so he referred me to the other doc. Sure enough she was an expert and I have not felt this good in many years. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. Dr Ikonomi is nice enough but it isn't worth dealing with the office as a whole to see her. Every single receptionist is rude. You're on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes everytime you call and almost every single time I've called and waited 45 minutes they'll hang up and you can hear them laughing and talking to eachother but won't acknowledge the person on the phone and hang up so I have to call again and wait. It's honestly ridiculous. And the people who do referrals don't listen and send referrals to the Jefferson system even when given the exact npi for where it needs to go because they were already told that my insurance won't cover it at their facilities. So glad I transferred out when I did because it's honestly the worst. I work in a medical office and if my office ran the way this one did I'd honestly end up in the psych ward. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Worst experience ever!! I've been going to the Chalfont office for over three years. I've been seen by three different so-called doctors, Dr. Jeffrey Berman, MD, Scott Geller, PA, and last but certainly not least, Dr. Christina Brown, MD. This was the worst mistake I ever made in my life!!! I wish I never walked in the door! These doctors just don't care about you PERIOD! They do minimal testing, then throw their hands in the air when they can't find something wrong! So, I was passed on from one to the other, hoping I would find someone competent...ugh.. NO DICE!! Now, finally due to my one competent MD, outside of this office, I was given a PTT blood test..how hard is it to recommend a blood test???? Are you people deaf, dumb, and blind???? Here I have been suffering, doubled over in pain with my stomach for 3 VERY LONG YEARS!!! Meanwhile I was told to take miralax, until finally Brown ordered medicine. Naturally, the pain still continued. In closing the PTT revealed I probably have an autoimmune disorder. I was misdiagnosed by these idiots!! Both Geller and Brown said the pain was due to opioid induced constipation..BS!!! I never believed that. Even when I asked for additional testing, it was denied!! Too easy.. pulled that diagnodis out of thin air...really??!! Save yourself the trouble and pain and agony...Don't go here!! They will hurt you. These sad excuses for doctors will not help you. They WILL, make sure you leave worse off than you were when you walked in. They are only here to collect co-pays and have a coffee clutch!! They are unethical and incompetent! This is unacceptable. Easy to book a routine colonoscopy. Dr frate very nice and thorough. Answered all my questions and feeling great after procedure.

My interactions with Gastrointestinal Associates has now ended in me securing an attorney. If you have an issue with the manner in which they do things, they put it on you. I don't believe any patient attending this place wanted to go to Doctors school, but if you don't constantly advocate for yourself, they will collect a check and do absolutely nothing but take tests and push papers. That's it. They frankly feel, and I quote Sue, the office manager as stating, "Alecia, if you had so many problems here, why would you want to come back?" In that moment, I realized there is absolutely no working with this company. Some companies just don't care about their patients, and this is most definitely one of them. Rude customer service and I have a lot of medical trauma with this office. I loved Dr L he was friends with my mom and listened to me but today I was running late because of traffic and they canceled my appointment and will charge me. The first doctor I saw there told me it's just anxiety when in fact it was not first off I have EDS are you stupid EDS messed up my stomach. I should have left the office the first bad experience. I have never written a review of a doctor before but this experience was truly poor. My visit started with Dr. Kaufman walking into the room without introducing himself and mumbling to the point I had to say " I'm sorry are you speaking to me?" II have been going to this practice for over 20 years. I have crohns disease. It has been under control for many many years using remicade. It has made my life complete. My Dr is Dr Lubinski. He is one of the best crohns Dr around. I brought my wife in for her colonoscopy. She absolutely loves him. He cares so much for his patients. I have never had a problem with anyone in the practice. Being on remicade I'm there a lot. I've dealt with every Dr there and most staff. All these negative reviews must be set ups. read more

Very poor customer service and some of the staff are a little rude. No one ever called with the test results. So I had to call them. When calling to get your test results one cannot get through on their phone lines. You wait on hold forever. After finally getting through a female answered claiming Dr Cesar Del La Torre sent a letter with the results which never arrived. Finally after getting the results from the original test went for another test and never received the results for that test. Still trying to get the results for the second test. IT APPEARS THAT THIS OFFICE HAS TO MANY PATIENTS AND NOT ENOUGH STAFF OR DOCTORS TO HANDLE THEM. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS BEING SICK. read more

If he is not available I can speak to anyone if the office and they are more than happy to help me. The check in process is always easy and check out process seem less. Dr. cherian is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. He told me I was overweight (5'4, 118), told me I should stop all of the illegal drugs I was doing, and called me a liar. I realize I am young, but that is no excuse to disrespect me. Stay away from this doctor. The front staff were great and the other doctors seemed nice. This is the absolute worst place to go to. The entire billing department is filled with a bunch of middle aged/old women that may have a combined IQ of a rock. They are unable to provide any type of customer service and are not willing to work with you on any billing problems. There was an issue that happened with me that was their fault and for almost two years they have been trying to collect thousands of dollars from me. I just received a collections notice and you bet there will be a lawyer involved now. This place is dirty, disgusting and full of the most incompetent people I have ever met. If you are looking for a serious GI doctor - do NOT go here. If you want to deal with people that have an ounce of a brain, go somewhere else rather then here. They will make hundreds of mistakes and blame you for it and tell you it is either your fault or your insurance's fault. Dr. Gagliardi himself deserves 5 stars, however the front office staff pulls down this rating considerably. Their policy is to have patients show up 30 minutes prior to your appointment which I did 2 separate times, only to wait a full 60 minutes BEYOND my appointment time. This is very disappointing to wait so long for no obvious reason(s). The office staff never came to me with an apology and/or explanation on why there were late. read more

I really dont like this place. The recepitionist's are very rude and unhelpful. Specifically one named Sharon. When she couldnt find the records I sent over she said "oh well I cant find them". And was very rude, acting like it was such a chore to help me. And wouldnt schedule my appointment because she couldnt find my records. Absolutely horrible. I went in for a consultation not under the impression nor informed it would cost $350. When I went into my appointment my areas of concern were never assessed and I wasn't even given an explanation of my different treatment options. The only time the doctor talked was when I had a question and he never directly answered them nor explained the procedures or his thoughts/ knowledge. Absolutely unprofessional and I did not feel welcomed at all. He tried to give me samples to fix my problem just to promote so I would buy them. He did not listen to my concerns. read more

Dr Cesar Del La Torre is absolutely amazing. I had a horrible pain in my "stomach" which turned out to be my esophagus. He was very good at explaining the endoscopy I had to have and why. The diagnosis was not what I was hoping for, but he helped me understand it and gave me ideas on what to do about it. He is about my age so I felt it was easy to talk to him. Most of his staff was very helpful. However, they lost a star when they were told specifically were told NOT to tell me my weight, and then sent me home with a paper with said weight written on it. That really made me not want to go back, but because Dr. Del La Torre is so awesome, I'll forgive them. read more

Seeing Dr. Bruno. Been waiting 2 days for the doctor to call to explain my test results. Called 4 times myself and my husband called once, even asked them to just send them to my primary doctor who was also waiting for them. No call back and they have not been sent. I have Epilepsy so it is imperative to know what I am dealing with in order to stay seizure free. Will be reporting this doctor ASAP. read more

As a physician, it is sad to see a late charge, if seriously applied to a patient when there is no penalty for a seriously late appointment by the physician. Further, how can one give 24 hour notice for a Monday appointment when the office is closed on weekends ? Third, someone should revise the short procedure form for accuracy. eg EKG within a 6 month period and certification of food intake before a procedure when you are asked to fax or mail such ? read more
