We ordered the local cider (okay, not our favorite but we tried it) and the local Hessian versions of their wiener schnitzel (with an herb sauce) and bratwurst (with Hessian cheese). I then started with the quiche Lorraine accompanied by salad. Each were fresh and delicious. My main course was the wienerschnitzel which I had heard the chefs pounding in the kitchen to prepare.
