The fish was a large filet with a lightly crusted exterior but unfortunately a tad dry. The hollandaise was delicate but not quite enough for the portion. I also found a small bit of eggshell in it. The waiter reacted to these tiny flaws gracefully and presented me with a complimentary dessert- Herrencreme (a boozy vanilla crème dish). Absolutely delicious.
