My German half-brother-in-law and I both ordered the Schnitzel, and he actually said it was very well done and one of the best ones he's ever had, which I think says a lot!! My husband got the pork knuckle which was really just way too much food, but he enjoyed it thoroughly. The servers were very kind and helpful, and although we sat outside because the weather was nice and there was no air-conditioning indoors, I got to walk through the restaurant to access the salad bar and was surprised to see how nicely decorated it was inside. Well lucky us, cause the buffet is amazing. Everything is fresh, the vegetables still has some bit to them, the rice isn't over cooked and all the different meats were nice and juicy.
