Coming from Munich which has the strictest ban on smoke in public places in all German states, you really notice the difference. Personally I hate passive cigarette smoke (and even the active one :-) so it is unlikely that I will return to this bar, which is a real pity.
Going to Ginsburg triggered some questions in me, like why is it so difficult for the Germans to accept a smoke ban in bars and clubs? Even banana republics like the country where I come from (Italy) managed to enforce very strict bans and made people respect them, why can't Germany?
This is not Ginsburg's problem though, that's why I will give a positive rating in the end anyway.
