Even the English menu in a German restaurant is a challenge for us (what are chittlings again?). Our server took the time to advise us on local wines, recommend an off menu meal that was superb, suggest an excellent Turkish wine that we loved, and even bought us a shot of schnapps so we could end the meal like a good German.
