As a commercial customer I can't be any more disappointed in there handling of the commercial accounts with which I'm involved. They have shown no desire to honor commitments made by the previous bank. They have not communicated at all until a letter came from lawyers defaulting on a loan. You can see the reviews are less than two stars for bremer Bank and all I can say is I would never have anything to do with them personally and I encourage everybody to bank elsewhere and hopefully the message will be received loud and clear and some changes will be made. I have no problem with people conducting business to be profitable and I have no problem owning up to my obligations but the influxibility that they have demonstrated is nothing short of criminal

It made me feel "looked after" and cared about. That was a month ago. Today, I went in for a quick chat and some bank business, and was again treated like a family member. Not only did I receive excellent banking service, but I also learned that the bank provides Christmas gifts for a thousand people in the area, adults as well as children, through their Jingle Bells program. Joey knows everyone in Alec. I asked him where to find a good local dry cleaner, a Chinese restaurant (now why did I think he could probably give me wise advice there?), and a Mexican place. He told me where to go and what to avoid. I also received directions to the power company and to the church where the bank will be hosting a TV local talent show, as a fund raiser for their Jingle Bells program above. This charming young man knows what customer service is all about and is sure to go far in his chosen profession! Give him a try. Other staff members are nice and competent, but my experiences with Joey have been outstanding, I'd adopt him, but his mother might object.

This stated my ability to access funds was 7 DAYS, I arrived on said date. I had the Customer Service Supervisor Elaine Viergutz assist me. She was argumentative and frankly rude.! I sat and tried to EXPLAIN the words on the document .There never was ANY language re ''SEVEN B-U-I-S-N-E-S-S- DAYS" It only stated" 7 days ".I was refused my funds ,And she clearly had a big problem with my blatant obvious issue.!! I was shooed away and she indignatly stood up and walked away. This is not how any financial institution should be run. The ability to see the writing/verbage. was not wrong.!!!! She wanted to argue. Now, they are holding me and my money hostage .I would never bank there ever again. What happened to reasonability.? Yet here we are .The game of perceived power she was running on me infuriated me. I am also going to file complaints with the States Attorney Generals Office, AND the F.D.I.C. I am so angry. It really could have been easy to understand my problem .She was totally refusing to hear or SEE the BLACK&WHITE ISSUE.I even told her how I was going to complain to the powers that be...She just shrugged her shoulders, as she walked away.This all was so simple. Yet the process is flawed, and is against the law.
