The tag on my comforter says do not dry clean and do not bleach so I went ahead and picked the cleanest of the four largest washers that they had here & it came out worse than when it went in! I was talking to the employee about how this came out and she said, "Umm I don't know, did you drag it on the floor?" and "Ummm I don't know maybe bleach it." I told her again I cannot bleach it and it cannot be dry cleaned & asked if they would pay to wash it again. She's said "ummmm I don't know." So I called the owner and she said "Oh, I've never heard of that happening with our washers" and "Our washing machines don't do that." She asked if I would bring it over to their skyline and Broadway location and I asked her if they would just pay to wash it again and she said "Yes." It came out worse than it did after the first wash!!! She said to add OxiClean to it with my tide. So pretty much my comforter cleaned their washing machine for them and for $12 in cleaning I got a ruined $120 comforter. If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to talk to the girl to see if I could have them send it over to the skyline location to have the owner clean it & You're not going to believe this... The purse was returned to us with the strap's buckle missing, the leather dried out, and the edges of the leather frayed. It turns out that they put the purse into some kind of machine that broke the buckle, and I've tried looking up the organization that certified their leather specialist and can't find anything. I have spent the last few weeks working with the manager to get the purse repaired or replaced. They eventually agreed to get the buckle fixed, but when they got it back to me, the buckle they put on the purse was a used buckle off of a Birkenstock sandal that had been spray-painted black. They didn't even offer me a refund, instead they took a nearly new $300 purse with some water spots and returned a shoddily repaired purse that now looks like it is 15 years old. I have never had any problems with their fabric dry-cleaning service, but I will never trust Teton Cleaners with anything leather or generally expensive!

Probably went there for nearly 15 years. After they closed down the 17th street location, I took a nearly brand new suit in for a cleaning at the 1st street location. When I first walked in, I was unimpressed with how the place looked. Dirty, door slams closed without slowing, staff seemed unimpressive. I should have gone with my gut and walked right out and found a new dry cleaner but I decided to stay loyal. I picked up the suit, days later than they promised it because they had 'equipment issues.' Then the suit jacket sat in the plastic in my closet for a few weeks while I got a hem repaired on the pants. Then I finally had a chance to wear the suit. I pulled it out of the plastic and there was a big hole melted into it. I brought it back to them, confident that they would replace the suit jacket based on their promise of integrity and honesty from their website. They took the jacket, and promised a phone call that evening from the owner. Days later I had to call in myself to check on the progress. I was talked over, shouted down, and hung up on. He claimed the hole was 'definitely a cigarette burn' and said I did it myself and they weren't responsible. No integrity, no honesty, no responsibility. I guess that they would rather lose my business, and the business of anyone I can convince to go elsewhere than take some responsibility and replace a suit jacket.
