This shop offers house juice as well as house premium. On the other hand, they do not carry many varieties of premium brands. I have been vaping for 3 and a half years and feel I'm a part of this community. (When I attend a shop I know what I am looking for) Another aspect of the shop that discouraged me was the over priced gear such as Mods, Tanks, Etc. Lastly, it's sad to say but when I asked for 3 nicotine the shop added the nicotine to a zero milligram bottle. Where as many shops do this the workers added to much nicotine which made it virtually impossible to vape without coughing. The juice that I thought was smooth ended up becoming harsh, the Nic that was added was over the top. products were not worth it but I needed the juice since I'm not from the area. I rated them a two star because they were willing to help and willing to work but just couldn't accommodate me correctly.

FOLLOW UP - went to Totally Wicked - they sell the same set up for $10 bucks less, looked at the one not working, did more w/ my broken battery then Vapin Lizard and it wasn't even their product!! Offered me other options and they advised I could just buy just the battery... That wasn't offered up at crappy Vapin Lizards. Customer Service was outstanding as always. Even showed us the proper way to prime the atomizer... Nobody showed that to my boyfriend when he purchased who doesn't vape at all, and didn't know when I asked him. That alone speaks volumes on the customer and knowledge of the product. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THIER MONEY OR TIME AT VAPIN LIZARD. MORE LIKE A HANGOUT THEN A RETAIL STORE. Last side note... They don't even have proper ventilation in this storefront that is approximately 400 square feet. Their selection sucks as well of liquid choices.

My…read morehusband and I went to this establishment and purchased a vape unit, battery and battery charger holder (total bill: $90+). Jack, who helped us, was very kind, helpful and patient. He also wore a mask, which we very much appreciated since we were in close proximity for a good amount of time. It turned out that the battery was defective; it would not fully charge. The holder for the battery that plugs into the wall for charging was also defective; it kept flashing between a red and green light the minute we plugged it in. The very next day my husband returned to the store with the battery and holder. Hunter, who was working there that day, proceeded to give my husband a hard time, because, according to him, since the battery had charged some, it was still of use. He finally gave my husband a new battery. During their interaction, in reference to Jack, he either said Jack was an idiot (which is what my husband heard) or that Jack "was acting like an idiot", which is what he later told me he said. So much kinder, isn't it? I called Hunter and asked to speak to the owner. He said he would not give me the owner's phone number because of privacy concerns. I then asked for the owner's name, and he said he could not give me that either, again citing privacy concerns. I gave him my phone number and asked that the owner call me. He never did. I then went to the store. Hunter was there. He was not wearing a mask. He told me he was the manager. Of course, he is! Managers refer to their workers or their actions as idiots all the time! Wow, that sure inspires a lot of confidence in a customer. Given that the owner never called me, I can see where Hunter got his training. I would have been a new, repeat customer, as vape users are. I certainly won't be one at this place. Good going, Hunter and Mr. Owner! Let me know how that business plan works out for ya!

Good times and when the owner called last call, everyone got up and shopped for their cigars. A number of us had lockers there. The owner managed to run off the Friday night group off because he did not want to stay open an extra hour. Seriously??? We did not renew the locker and never returned. That location since closed. Funny thing is that the last Friday we got together, they had to read out the plastic chairs - had around 18 people that night - one of their best days for sales. Other locations are quite plain compared to our cigar shops in the Sarasota area.
