What I've found in a ew shops is terrible customer service, like it's too much trouble to even wait on a customer. At others a very limited selection. This morning I stopped in at Vapor Headz in Sarasota. What a GREAT experience. Wide selection of liquid and devices in several brands. The gentleman that waited on me was friendly and very knowledgeable. Showed me a couple of devices, made suggestions as to a liquid I'd like and answered questions, even offering suggestions to solve a problem with a device purchased from somewhere else. Vapor Headz has a new regular customer. I will unconditionally recommend this shop to others!! This store has been completely redone, more shelving, more products and it's so clean, well lit and well kept it's like a whole new store. Brian is the guy to see, he knows his stuff, and if Steven shows up, it's a game changer, he shows up at the stores and you never know what's going to happen, it might be discounts or just funny stories, either way it's always good to see him come in. I'm planning on checking out the Clean Smoke on SR 70 in the Creekwood Plaza, I'll let y'all know what I think.
