Unlicensed and did the job the next day the motor and gate were on the floor, they don't guaranteed anything and they don't answer you after they get paid. Rip off attempt! I contacted Gate World for a fairly large fencing project. They gave a bid which was ok. I asked about a powder coating custom color and was given a bid showing it would cost an additional $5000 to do that. However, they told me that spray painted aluminum would be just as good, here in Naples, if not better than powder coating. Because of that we decided to go with the spray painted fence. Then we were introduced to Magy (co owner and wife of the contractor) to make payment. She didn't remove the $5000. When I pointed out that we were now interested in the first bid which was spray painting she said the price was the same. I emailed copies of the first bid and she refused to acknowledge the price difference. The time frame between bids was only 2 weeks so it wasn't as though we'd killed a lot of time between bids. When I asked to speak to her husband about this since he'd presented the bids to us, she refused and came apart at the seams! We have a beautiful fence now done by others. By the way, powder coating is a much more durable surface. Notice what they put on car wheels. They powder coat not spray paint. read more
