So I went to another dentist, and needed MY X-rays that I paid for sent over (x rays taken 3 weeks prior and paid for same day). Bonner Clinic refused to send them over stating they were never paid for...despite my receipt. I ended up paying my new dentist for the same X-rays again. Classless business....Go ANYWHERE but here.

Paid out of pocket for a root canal operation on the 14th of July. They did not finish the operation that day and I was told to return to finish it a month later on August 9th. Well today they referenced the x-rays from July and told me the tooth cant be saved and must be extracted. Further more they refused to reimburse me the full amount even though they didn't save the tooth and had me in pain for a month -- I say had me in pain for a month because seeing as they referenced the x-rays from July they knew back then that a root canal was not going to be possible. I should have just had it extracted and kept my money. Basically stole my money and had me in unnecessary pain for a month.
