Do I want three months of magazine subscriptions? Then they draw on the receipt.....This is what I saved today, this is the cashiers name, here's a survey, here's the code, here's the prize, OH NOW LOOK (smiley face) YOUR RECEIPT IS HAPPY TO SEE YOU!! Are ya kidding? This crap took almost 5minutes after my purchase. When I said no to the (free, yeah right) magazines the cashier rebutted me more than once! WHAT THE ****???!!! SERIOUSLY???!! Let me make my purchase and leave. They won't hit the transaction button to let you card go through until you've heard a dozen sales pitches! I've gotten away from Jehovah witnesses faster than this cashier! This is why amazon dot com is mopping the floor with them!

The location would have merely walked away with the three star stamp of mediocrity for that. What particularly put me off was the door greeter/staff-member-who-was-otherwise-messing-around-in-the-cart-corral-by-the-door. I walked in, was said "hello" to very stonily which I otherwise ignored because I don't expect anyone in that job to be in a very good mood, then I walk almost halfway down the length of the store as I look around, getting a feel for the layout as I had never been in here before. Then I hear this idiot SHOUT (because I am again quite a ways away from the door at this point), "Can I help you find anything?" In other words, the dreaded, "Are you going to steal something because you aren't white?" One might generously detract that maybe he decided to scream because I looked lost, but his unfriendly manner throughout the exchange and the fact that I did not see (or more pertinently hear) him accost anyone else who entered in such a gross fashion leads me to believe it probably wasn't. So for that, one star and the recommendation you not support this decrepit outlet.
