He was very polite and professional. On one of the doors, he simply recommended the usual routine maintenance; however, the other door needed to have the rollers replaced. Afterwards we could hear a noticeably more quiet door opening and closing. I feel like their prices are about middle of the road, but the materials that they use are quite a bit higher quality than some that we have had in the past. After consulting Yelp I found Door Specialties and saw the had five stars. I decided to call them. They answered the phone despite that I called a few minutes before they open. They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote.
