He arrived on time, diagnosed the system and completed the service to both doors and the outside keypad in less than an hour. I have used this Wayne Dalton store for 34 years. In the past their prices have always been higher than their competitors but the service has always been good and their employees friendly, courteous and efficient. Today, I experienced horrible service and kicked the technician off of my property. the technician was rude, made disparaging remarks about his supervisor and was confrontational with me, the customer. I will never call Wayne Dalton again. They have lost a 34 year long customer. I have another service rep from a different company on his way here now. By the way, they dont tell you this on the phone but they no longer service Chamberlain openers due to a lawsuit settlement and will try to sell you a Genie to replace your Chamberlain if any parts are needed. I would have given them zero stars if it was allowed in the Yelp ratings. read more

Poorly trained employees if trained at all. Unable to fix my new garage doors and openers in my new home less than two years old and over 8 service calls and still not fixed. I am so upset they are trying to charge us 2xwhat a keypad retail price is. $15 fuel charge when we are only a few miles from their office, they charge the wrong sales price and when you speak with the sales managers they are rude. He just threatened me to come to my house and remove the keypad. I have never had such a horrible experience. In the past they were so dependable and polite. read more

This was the third set of garage doors I've purchased from Nationserve Spokane. All three transactions have had issues. The last set of doors were bent badly during shipping. I called the Dave and he asked me to send pictures. I did but he never replied with any questions. I called and left a VM. No response. Just stick with the Clopay doors from big box stores. I called for a quote and I told the guy at least three time on three different calls I only need one garage door opener, I was quoted $370.00 installed. Once the opener was installed I charged $400.00 when I questioned this I was told the $370.00 is if you have two openers installed, when I reminded him about the three phone calls and the price he replied " I never told you that, it is always $400 for only one opener". I will not recommend this lier because he will tell you one price and charge you another then tell you he never quoted that amount. WHAT A RIP-OFF. read more
