Though the care is fantastic there are some communication issues. My primary care physician has troubles getting calls returned and it may take days for them to get back to me. Messages when passed between staff members are not always passed clearly and the results are more delays. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have it this way than poor patient care but the communication is not what it used to be like.

I was in by 8:15 and on my way home by 9:45. The front office staff is friendly and efficient. Once in peri-op, the nurses finalized my prep and had me ready to go. Both the GI doctor and the anesthesiologist were professional and took excellent care of me. I slept through the procedure, so I am unable to give comment.
