When the Troy, Michigan location was open, I was able to try the PICO CBD IV and use the InBody machine, and it truly changed the way I think about managing both my weight and fibromyalgia pain. I never would have considered CBD as an IV option before, but the results really surprised me and opened my mind to new possibilities. James Clinic also changed the way I think about supplements and how to support my lifestyle in a healthier way. I appreciated that they have someone on staff who can help with diet and explain which foods may support inflammation and overall wellness. One thing that really stood out to me was Dr. James herself. She's very straightforward and clearly cares about helping people improve their health. She also offers Monday night webinars, which I found to be informative and genuinely motivating without feeling over the top. Dr James spent a total of several hours with me for my initial visits. She ordered tons of bloodwork as well as stool tests (which turned out to be very informative!) She began treating me for a variety of imbalances including recommmending a liver cleanse (my LFTs were elevated). I also chose to do 2 rounds of systemic PRP in addition to several medications. I also chose to use several supplements they recommend (but don't sell, so little in it for them). And I chose to do the weight loss shots. I feel better than I have in 10 years. Through the 18-20 months that I have been treated here I have found each person to be very patient-focused. Dr James and PA Sarah Taylor really listen and have provided the best care I have ever received. Did I mention that I feel the best I have felt in at least 10 years? And through it all nurse Brenda Hathaway has coached and counseled me. I am so impressed by her knowledge and her dedication to helping me navigate all the available options to chose what is best for me. She helped me manage my nutrition and exercise so that I lost fat and not muscle while on the shots. She is helping me maintain my weight now that I'm off the shots. She is priceless!! In a world where it is difficult at best to find a medical professional worth trusting, Dr James is an excellent clinician and willing to listen to what is important to you, when others just want to line you up like cattle and sell you the same old same old that doesn't produce any results. I thought I'd reach out and offer some feedback on this clinic. I've spent my entire life working with a wide range of businesses for 40+ years. So I understand business. The James Clinic has not been impressive. I'm sorry to have to say that. No one there seems to know what they're doing and people don't seem to be held accountable for anything. There's no sense of urgency for anything. Blood tests are administered then not reviewed. I'm told someone will be calling to schedule my next appointment and discuss meds but no one ever calls. I talk to so many different people all the time, no one is responsible. Everyone seems to be half assed working from home. I ask to know the price of products before they send it, but they just send it anyway and charge my credit card. The Elation AP is terrible. You can't track meds, appointments, messages or anything. The AP is pretty much useless. I never got a call from anyone for 7+ months until a lady that I talked to in the beginning finally started to call once a month. The wrong products are sent out and I have to return the product to their office myself. This happened over and over. People make promises then never follow through. I have to call and or email to follow up all the time. It feels like I'm an unpaid employee of The James Clinic. If there is some hidden value to the James Clinic I have not yet found it. The entire business is feeling more like a money making venture and I never got the impression that anyone there really cares. Just a lot of empty promises and apologies. I'm sure homeopathic things can help. I'm just very disillusioned with the James Clinic. They have taken a lot of money and not reciprocated with genuine care. Dr. Mollie and all the staff and providers at the James Clinic are always so nice and accommodating. Dr. Mollie laid out everything as far as what to expect and how much it would cost. They check in with me regularly to see if I need anything and to see how I'm doing. They offer webinars on topics such as making your healthcare dollars work for you rather than lining the pockets of the insurance companies that provide no care whatsoever. I find that the investment into my health is well worth every penny I spend on concierge service. Dr. Mollie gives options and allows YOU to choose how to address your health concerns. They gladly took $750 from me that said that would cover 4visits to discuss my issues. The first two were just people from the office calling me to verify the information on the lengthy form I filled out the third was with the doctor, which was fine at this point, however I was tired of them trying to constantly push their products on me to the point of spending $500-$1000 a week for their treatments. I did buy one of their treatments and have called repeatedly to ask about questions and side effects from this. I spoke to the doctor and said I would like my money back. I'm very disappointed and recently then received a cut off letter and no one will return my phone calls or Answer any of my questions. I consider this operation a scam, taking advantage of people with health issues who have nowhere else to go. I highly do not recommend this facility. read more

We can access all kinds of information but may not be able to make sense of it all. We live in a time when we don't know who to trust and it's hard to tell who really wants what's best for us vs those who just want to make money. Do your research before handing over your hard earned money to this practice. They require you pay up front for their services before you even know what they are going to do for you. They require expensive testing that is not covered by your insurance and they want you to buy expensive supplements from them. In addition to the $1500 up front cost you are required to pay out of pocket for these expensive tests. When you express concern about being able to afford such things, they become hostile and rude and you will be dismissed and will NOT be reimbursed the fee even if you decide not to continue. There are other concierge doctors that do not require any up front fees to speak to a doctor to find out if they can help you or if you can afford the required tests. I am on disability and am sickened by the fact that I willingly handed over $1500 to this practice for nothing. read more

I felt the need to share my experience based on a negative review placed a hand full of months ago. I have been with The James Clinic for over 3 years now so I have a track record and being in my 50's I have experience with other doctors. They are not your churn patience for dollars type of health provider. They always have given me the choice to have specific tests done that after listening to the why, some I have said yes to and a few well maybe if we don't get to the issue in the attempted way. As a business owner, understanding the financial requirements up front, before you decide or say yes, is always important. They are not driven by what insurance says they will cover, they are making decisions based on the individual. Again this is not insurance driven with them. So get the information and make an educated decision. They are always upfront with everything with me and those that I know that use them. You have a choice, and so do they. read more

Many months after having COVID, I was feeling unbelievably tired, napping constantly, getting no work done, and losing my sense of smell again. I was getting worse. I had done all the things the government told you to do: fully vaccinated and boosted, wearing masks, and still I was in big trouble. A friend recommended Dr. James, so I went to her. She did some testing and declared that I had long COVID. She treated me for it with medicines that are out of mainstream, and I got better quickly. Now, five months later, I feel great. Bye bye naps! And of course my sense of smell returned. Dr James has virtual appointments as well as in person. She is also a concierge doctor, meaning you pay a sum up front for care for a while, and then go to a fee per visit. Paying this sum was very worth it for me because I got my health back. read more

Showed up for surgery-assistant was visibly very sick-coughing & sneezing, no windows were open, no HEPA in room, no N95s. He knows my medical history- promised safety. Today, he shamed me and fired me for expressing concern. Dr: Mollie's James response: Moron 1. N95 do not protect you from a sick person wearing it. 2. Masks will not stop you from getting covid. 3. Your fears don't trump our liberties 4. Stay at home with 85 masks if you can't handle the public. The clinic says they are very empathetic but I'm not so sure. Kind, Laid-Back, Informative...and the humor is for free! I recently went to The James Clinic to explore receiving an IV infusion to boost adrenal fatigue, increase mental clarity, and combat inflammation. I was greeted by several staff members with warmth and an eagerness to make me comfortable. I was then asked several questions about my goals, my current needs (hydration, a blanket, snacks) , and then offered a comfy chair while they created a customized drip for me. There was music in the background, laughter and conversation among patients/staff, and an overall calm vibe throughout.
