Our air unit went out and we called him for an estimate - he came out and made suggestions and we agreed and he "fixed" it. But he didn't fix it - he said "oh, well you are going to have to get a whole new unit" so I paid for unnecessary repairs before having to replace the whole unit. Our second opinion guy said that just by looking at our unit he could tell it needed replaced (I did not tell him what the first guy did or said) because there was "green slime" and that was an industry known problem that could not be repaired. Then I told him what happened with Mr. Cox -- he was shocked that someone would take such advantage of a customer. When we told Mr. Cox that we would not be using him for the repair of the unit he tried adding a bunch more charges to our bill for "reimbursement" and upon further investigation he was attempting to charge us for things he never paid for (shipping was free for him and delivery, I called the main place in lexington to confirm and even had them sign a paper) all in all -- he is a real a**hole.

Well 1.5 years later the compressor went out and guess what, the part is covered but not the labor now. We just got hit with a $700.00 electric bill and we tried for two days to get Climate solutions to return our call. When they finally answered our call they informed us it would be a $150.00 service call. Every time we have dealt with whoever answers their service calls, they have been very rude. I would recommend you look elsewhere for someone to install or service your unit.
