I got a flat tire on the way to college and they had me in and out in under an hour. Forever grateful for these people.

Now days, Mr Al and Mrs Sheila and the crew are still taking care of me and my children. I trust them to keep my kids vehicles serviced and when we need tires, I know that they will recommend what's best for us, not just what's the latest big money maker for them. When it comes to service, I know that there's a third generation in the shop and knowledgeable mechanics on duty. Ms Amber always tries to help get us squeezed into the schedule. We know that their family is taking care of ours and that's worth more than gold. If you need a new fridge, tires, a flat fixed, oil change or any other number of things, go see them. They will treat you so many ways, you're bound to like at least one of them! And! They have a COMFY waiting area - not your typical hard chairs. I'm sure you'll find some local personality sitting there to strike up an interesting conversation with while you wait - cause it's just that way at McCoy's.

Walmart didnt have my unusual tire size and they recomended them. The Exon tire shop recomended them too. I really didnt have a choice, and I'm lucky I found them. They were extremely nice and professional. The prices were fantastic, less expensive than back home. They explained what happened with the unusual ware on my tire and an alignment as well in record time. We were back on our way for what I consider a bargain! Save yourself time and money and just go there.

They had her to sign a lease agreement for tires and sensors. she would have to pay 27.71 initial payment. Then pay 16.90 plus 77.00 a week for 17 weeks. That meant by time she paid that lease agreement she would have paid a total of 1318.20 for 2 used tires along with the 4 sensors The second day after getting tires she had to air the tire up that was leaking. I checked at Walmart for the same tire brand new you could get 4 for 238 dollars. Also, they had a Nexen brand that RNR express sells for 98 dollars. I believe they took advantage of her because she was young and a girl. I never knew that you could lease tires. I always seen people finance them. I went with her back to the store with her to get matter resolved not knowing she had a lease agreement, thinking they were fiancé. So we were going to pay it off to save interest thinking they were financed. They ask what we wanted to do after I paid it off. I said return it. She went to talk to manager that was there. I asked him how they sold her used tires and sensors for 650 dollars and the fact that tire was leaking air. He stated she sign the paperwork she knew what she was getting. He was question her like she knew what she is signing. I ask him if he wanted someone to do this daughter. He ended up checking the tire and replacing that one with a new one saying I am meeting you halfway. My mistake was paying it off thinking I was saving interest. Had I known it was a lease agreement I could have just given them back the tires and sensors and could have walked away only losing the initial payments. Please do not fall for the trap they have setup. MJ

Where do I begin? My husband purchased a Ford F250 Super Duty around June of 2023. By the end of…read morethe year, he decided that I also needed a new truck and so he sent me back to this dealership to purchase something I liked. I found a '21 Ford F250 Super Duty with very low miles. I took it for a test drive with my son. I liked the truck. We both noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on but didn't think much of it since they always come on if there's low air pressure in the tire. Besides, the salesman saw it and didn't say anything about it so why should we have been suspicious? It's a common occurrence. I should have paid more attention... So I bought the truck. A week later I found myself on my way to Wisconsin as my daughter was having major surgery and I needed to take care of her, my grandchildren, and the house while she was recuperating for the next 7 weeks. I may have been in Tennessee when suddenly, everything on the center console went down. The heat shut off, the radio shut off, my phone was disconnected, the windows didn't work, nor would the door locks work. I heard a lot of 'clicking' from under the dash beneath the steering column. I was not a happy camper. I called my husband who called Kirk's and they simply said to bring the truck in when I returned. Fine. But driving through Wisconsin during the blizzard (it dropped 2.5 feet of snow) when it was 12 degrees below zero with no heat made me incredibly unhappy. During my stay, I discovered that if I shut the vehicle off and then back on, everything would work again...for about 20 minutes and then it would shut off again. One and a half months - in Wisconsin - in the winter - with no heat in the vehicle!!! Grrrrr!!!!! Fast forward 7 weeks. I get back to Mississippi and take the truck into the shop. They said to be there at 7:30 a.m. Fine. I was there. I explained to the gentleman what was happening and he thought it was due to condensation getting into the tail light housing and corroding the connection. That sounded logical. So he took the truck inside, saying that if he was correct, all he had to do was brush the corrosion off and everything would be back to normal. About an hour later (at 8:40 a.m.)...I ask the woman at the desk how much longer this would take. She said, "Oh, it will just be a few more minutes." 2 hours later she comes out to tell me that my warranty will cover the panel assembly fuse junction, but not the tire pressure sensors (all 4 of them were dead) and that it would cost me almost $700 out of pocket to fix it! "Wait a minute," I said - you sold me the truck in this condition AND you said the truck was under warranty! Why should I have to pay for this? She asked the salesman's name and I gave it to her (Adam Harbin). She said she would call him. So now I'm waiting again - mind you, this whole mess was supposed to take "a couple of minutes," and here we are at the 3 hour mark. After about 20 minutes, she comes back out and says, "We are not going to be able to cover the cost of the sensors because it wasn't in our paperwork." I don't like being called a liar. I told her that light was on when I took my test drive and Adam started the vehicle - there is no way in hell that he just 'missed' the dash light being on. Moreover, I brought my son with me that day - an eye witness to the fact! Long story short, after 4.5 hours, I was told they were NOT going to cover the cost of fixing the broken sensors. I said fine, I'll contact your corporate office - maybe I'll have better luck with them. Guess what? Their corporate office sided with Kirk Ford!!! They said there was nothing they could do and would not cover the cost of the repairs. There's nothing like being given the virtual finger from a dealership after you've purchased 2 trucks from them! What does this tell me? This tells me that Kirk Ford cares more about the all mighty dollar than customer satisfaction. This tells me that Kirk Ford cares more about the all mighty dollar than repeat customers. And this tells me that the corporate office of Ford agrees with them. As I told the corporate office, I will NEVER purchase another Ford product again. If this is what I can expect from Ford, they'll never have my business again - if I could force them to take this vehicle back, I would. Think about it....they wanted to charge me almost $700 for 4 tire pressure sensors that cost less than $15 each. So to save that $60, Ford is willing to throw their name, customer satisfaction, and repeat customers in the toilet. Chevrolet would never have done this to me! I've purchased Chevy's all my life - this was the FIRST Ford product I ever bought - I should have known better. If I could have given Kirk Ford a -10 rating, I would have. There is NOTHING redeeming about this dealership, in my opinion. Pamela L McKay
