When Michael came by, he inspected the sewage pump and the exterior pipes that connected to the pump. He found that our cover for the pump was not properly sealed and the pipes were not installed properly. He properly sealed the lid and revised our exterior pipes. He tried to up-sell me on a new hot water tank 4 times, when I called him to fix a water pipe so we could turn our water back on. He tore open our wall to access the water pipe and then he claimed he couldn't fix the problem today and started packing up his tools to leave. He seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He then demanded I pay him for the job. I have had to deal with many contractors, but this guy was the absolute worst. Find anyone else to fix your plumbing or well issues.
