The service here is so abysmal. Grabbed what I needed and went to the cash. Two girls chatting in French and not acknowledging my presence. Finally one starts ringing my items through without saying anything. I give her a big enthusiastic "Hi!". She turns to the other girl and says something in French, they both giggle. Continues ringing my items. Doesn't say my total just gestures to the debit machine. Doesn't offer me a bag. Hands me my things with a saracastic "have a great day"
I know some will say "hey, it's Covid, give them a break" but I've shopped here twice before, both pre-Covid and both times (all different cashiers) were incredibly rude and their customer service was nonexistent. Looks like I'll be making the trip into the city for my home Reno needs. read more
