They turned on the water and made some small adjustments to the heads and noted that several of the pop-up heads were not rising and lowering smoothly. He informed us that we would have to oil the heads. In addition, they noted we have 7 zones and the 6th zone was not working. However, they could not locate the 6th zone and, therefore, we do not know where the 6th zone is and if that would impact our underground sprinkler system. I was disappointed in their service for the following reasons: 1. We have a Rainbird system and Mile-Hi specialized in Rainbird (according to their website) yet, they told us we would have to oil the heads. We are not sprinkler and irrigation specialists and would think that as part of their turn-on service they would ensure all heads were calibrated and properly functioning. 2. The fact that they could not identify Zone 6 makes me wonder if the technicians that were sent out have been properly trained to work on Rainbird or any sprinkler/irrigation system. It seems now that we have to find another Sprinkler/Irrigation company to finish the job.

Never have I had a company just call and say they are minutes from the property and never sent a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm - 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Even if I was to keep the 3pm - 5pm, I will not coz the lack of customer service is disturbing and then to try to charge me for no work is even worse. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. I do not know any business that does not do them in this day and age. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. Come on All Pro Sprinklers, this is no excuse and should be an opportunity for you to do better. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a "special request."
