However I have never felt unwelcome here. The gym features a large selection of free weights, machine weights and cardio. Even during peak usage I have never waited long for equipment. I gave my daughter a punch card for Xmas and on the mornings we worked out together her little guy visited the free onsite daycare. The change rooms feature a sauna and handicap shower stall. Day lockers are free but monthly rental is reasonable. Membership prices vary by month and yearly, but unless you visit diligently tend to be expensive. There are punch cards with no expiry for the less motivated.

Gym has pretty good hours (5-10 M-F) and doesn't seem too crowded on when I've visited (8-9pm…read moreweeknights) - no push whatsoever to get a machine. Lots and lots of treadmills (fairly new'ish) - ellipticals / cross trainers / steppers (mostly Life Fitness stuff) are definitely a few years older, but still entirely serviceable. Locker room is small'ish but practical, bring your own lock, no soaps/creams provided. No hard sales push, which was a nice plus.

Owner is immature and irrational. I was screamed and cursed at after asking a question about the…read moreprogramming. She cancels sessions once or twice a month without offering make up sessions, but still charges full price. There are great trainers and great gyms available in town, this is not one of them.

wayyyy overpriced. $10 drop in for gym, additional $10 (per person) if you want to play squash, so,…read more$20 to play some squash with a buddy then lift a few weights? me thinks not. it is well equipped, though, with lots of stuff including a boxing/mma area, and a lounge, but older and kinda dirty, rundown looking. under new ownership, i'm told this place used to be worse, hate to have seen it before!
