What kind of employee tells a class client that they are irritating her after being questioned why she was making disrespectful quips under her breath. So sorry for disturbing you by asking a few questions about the timing. The appropriate response is not what you've seen with other car manufacturers but what the reality is with BMW. Liz proceeded to hang up on me when I questioned what other auto manufacturers have to do with this claim. If this were my firm I would release her back in to the community to find a job in something she is more skilled in. Customer service is important and Liz falls well short of any an all measures.

Cost came out triple to estimated costs. I had to dispute the charges, some of which she took off later, but so disappointing and what a racket! Make sure if you sign with her that she does not pass the case on to anyone else.
